    About the Book

    Edit

This is the tale of a bold, 28-day odyssey across the vast Pacific Ocean, sailing aboard the 50-foot catamaran “Sea Larks”. In March 2025, a crew of four set sail from Mexico, charting a course for the isolated, dreamlike Marquesas Islands—rugged, volcanic emerald isles in the remote archipelago of French Polynesia.

It turned out to be a crossing not just of oceans, but of thresholds—where time unraveled, stars offered their ancient wisdom, and the sea revealed what it means to be both small and boundless. It was a journey that forged new bonds, tested them in ways few ever experience, and showed them a strength they hadn’t known they possessed. A journey that would echo long after land came back into view.

The reward was breathtaking: encounters with raw, untouched beauty and the rare chance to set foot on remote, exotic shores beyond the reach of the average traveler.

Join the crew of Sea Larks on a journey that defies the ordinary—and live the adventure as if you were there.

Now based in Southern California with her husband and their dog, she continues to seek sea-bound adventures whenever possible. She is the proud mother of two adult children.
